We want you to love your hijab. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, or other product residue
What Cannot Be Returned
- Custom or personalized orders - these are made to your specifications and cannot be returned, unless the item is defective or we made an error
- Items received more than 14 days ago
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@esharp.store with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1 business day
- Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
Return Shipping
- US customers: Free return shipping - we will provide a prepaid return label
- International customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days after we receive the item
- Refund method: Your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3-5 business days
- Partial refunds: If the item shows signs of use or is missing tags, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return
Exchanges
Want a different color or size? Email us at support@esharp.store and we will help you arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong product:
- We will provide a free return label regardless of your location
- You will receive a full refund or replacement, your choice
- Email us at support@esharp.store with a photo of the issue and we will resolve it within 1 business day
